Earle Garvin is President of Pension Financial Services, Inc. and has served in this capacity since the firm's beginning in 1982. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Garvin received a Master's Degree in Actuarial Science and a Master's Degree in Insurance from Georgia State University. He is an Enrolled Actuary, certified by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries; a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries; a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA); and a former Chairman of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries Benefits Council of Atlanta. Mr. Garvin is often a featured speaker at many regional seminars throughout the Southeast and has served as a panel member at various national pension conferences.
DONALD J. FLOWER
Principal and Vice-President, Operations, Pension Financial Services
Don Flower is a Principal and Vice-President of PFS and is responsible for the firm's day-to-day operation. In addition, Mr. Flower directly supervises the consulting and plan administration services performed by the client servicing and consulting teams. Mr. Flower's areas of expertise are plan design and consulting on qualified plan compliance matters. Mr. Flower graduated from Georgia State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Actuarial Science. He has successfully completed several of the Society of Actuaries examinations and is a member in the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
JAMES W. ENGLAND
Principal and Vice-President Information Technology, Pension Financial Services
Jim England is a Principal and Vice-President of PFS and is responsible for the firm's sophisticated data and voice technologies. Mr. England developed and maintains our client/participant support system and manages our multi-server network and communications systems.
Mr. England persued a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science at Georgia State University. He has over 50 years of data processing experience and has developed systems for pensions, trust accounting, general ledger, financial modeling, and process control as well as a complete relational data base system. Mr. England joined PFS in 1991.
